Fuse Medway Festival is a weekend celebration of arts and creativity took place from Friday 13th to Sunday 15th June 2014. It brought colourful sights and sounds to Medway's open spaces, from vibrant street theatre to world-class dance and circus acts. Fuse Medway Festival celebrates arts that are different, diverse and daring. They aim to showcase some of the best emerging and established performers from across Medway and Europe. They also working with hundreds of local residents from many community groups.


TÖNE Festival: a meeting of sound and light took place at venues in and around the Chatham and Medway maritime area, with festival hubs including The Historic Dockyard, Sun Pier House, Amherst Fort and LV21. A wide-ranging and stimulating programme of events showcased a selection of the best new music and visual art on the international arts scene, marking the First World War Centenary through work that reflects the military and maritime location of Chatham. The festival's theme 'A Meeting of Sound and Light' reflects the timing of the festival over the weekend of the Summer Solstice, an annual celebration of light that dates back to the earliest days of human settlement on the island.
